Looking for a housemate to rent a large double room in a recently renovated beautiful victorian property. The property is in Nelson Road, very close to town and equidistant between Hastings & Ore station.

The house is very close to the town centre, Morrisons supermarket, Alexandra park and Hastings old town which is just over the west hill.

The property has been refurbished with new bathrooms, kitchen and utility facilities. This would suit a professional who is quiet, respectful and enjoys being close to the Sea & Old town of Hastings. 

Would prefer a female flatmate as all other flatmates are female. Ideally looking for medical professionals working from Conquest Hospital.

Room is offered furnished or unfurnished, just advice before moving in. As well as this large room there are other rooms available, a number of both medium & small sizes.
