The house is ideal for a couple or small family (single parent). As the bathroom has been recently installed upstairs, the main bedroom has been reduced slightly, but more than adequate for a double bedroom and the other bedroom is now just a single bedroom. It really is only big enough for one child, so any more children than that and I don't think it would be suitable. Of course if you would prefer your toilet to be downstairs, as far away from your bedroom as possible, then this property isn't for you, but if you're happy to sacrifice a bit of bedroom space and not have to go downstairs in the middle of the night to use the toilet, then perhaps this property might be suitable.

Pets considered (its only small house) as will be those receiving benefits etc. (we already have some great tenants in other properties who receive benefits). Potential tenants will need to note that we are very selective. That doesn't mean if you have poor credit history you wont be considered, its how you dealt with those issues or are dealing with them that matters. An initial 6 month tenancy will be offered but long term tenants preferred. Non smokers only.

Potential tenants are asked to include full names of adults, current area that you live and the total number of persons and ages, pets (type), employment status and anything else you feel is important or may add to your application if you choose to respond. This will save time on ping pong emails and demonstrate those who are genuinely interested and can be bothered to read and answer the advert fully and provide the information as asked. The more information provided, the easier it is for all concerned. Good two way communications is the key to having a successful tenant/landlord relationship. Failing to provide the simple information asked for in any initial response may not be helpful.
