Private landlord is offering a 2 bed fully renovated house in Parkeston village around the start of May 2019, after extensive renovations/improvements have been completed just over a year ago. The house is ideal for a couple or small family (single parent). As the bathroom has been recently installed upstairs, the main bedroom has been reduced slightly, but more than adequate for a double bedroom and the other bedroom is now just a single bedroom. It really is only big enough for one child, so any more children than that and I don't think it would be suitable. Of course if you would prefer your toilet to be downstairs, as far away from your bedroom as possible, then this property isn't for you, but if you're happy to sacrifice a bit of bedroom space and not have to go downstairs in the middle of the night to use the toilet, then perhaps this property might be suitable.

Potential tenants will need to note that we are very selective. An initial 6 month tenancy will be offered but long term tenants preferred. Non smokers only.

This will save time on ping pong emails and demonstrate those who are genuinely interested and can be bothered to read and answer the advert fully and provide the information as asked.
