I have a self contained brand new studio to rent in my garden, featuring a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom.

Comes fully furnished and also includes a microwave, portable oven, portable 2 ring induction hob, fridge with small freezer, toaster, kettle and air con. (Please note the TV is just for photo purposes and is not included)

The bathroom has a bath with a wall hung shower, sink, toilet and small towel radiator.

Parking at the front of my property on the road which is a quiet cul de sac, no permits or yellow lines. 

You have your own private access via my side gate to my garden. You can use the garden all year round along with myself. I have a beautiful patio and grassed garden. I love my garden so take care of it and it has lots of privacy. I do have a dog and a cat that use the garden. 

You will have access to the washing machine within the house and a washing line in the garden.

I am a very easy going person, I also rent out my spare room within the house. I work as long haul cabin crew so am away nearly every week for a night or two. 

Happy to have a couple or a single occupant for the studio and also happy to have a pet live there too. 

The local area is quiet but also close to everything needed such as post office, Waitrose and Co-Op. it is 10-15 minutes walk to longfield train station where you can get to London Victoria in under 30 minutes. Close to Bluewater, Ebbsfleet, A2, M25.

Bills included such as council tax, water/gas/electric.
