i am a live-in landlady who lives at the property with my two children aged 15 and 12 and has no pets.i am looking for quiet, respectful, clean and tidy female lodger for my spare room and who is considerate to others in the house and who goes out to work and doesn't wfh.This is not a party house i'm afraid.i tend to go out and socialise and want to relax when i'm home and prefer you to do the same.

When i am around i'm sociable but respect people need their own space too.
