Must be respectful, easy going, considerate and clean, preferably vegetarian/vegan and cares about our planet and recycling. non smoker.
Shared bathroom , garden, living room, kitchen with washing machine, downstairs cloak room and WiFi.
The house has just been decorated, new windows, carpet, boiler and electrics.
I’m a sociable person who enjoys a chat and a glass of wine or kombucha and also quiet time to myself to do my art.
It will just be 2 of us sharing the house.
Rent £735 pm. £735 deposit is returnable when you leave and not part rent. This is in case of any breakages.
There is already a large wardrobe and plenty of storage above in the alcove. Divan double bed with storage. Solid Oak furniture.
There’s street parking available. Also a shed if you have a bicycle.
There is a bust stop outside that takes you straight into the town centre and it’s then 10 min walk to the train station.
Would be great to chat on the phone or meet for a coffee pre viewing to get to know each other and that we are happy with everything
