Hi i am looking to rent 2 rooms in the house. £550 a room. (all rooms will be empty before move in) You can choose if you are first. There is sky in each room and they can come furnished (wardrobe and bed) or unfurnished. The property is a large 3 storey house and i will have my own section on the top floor and there are 3 rooms and a bathroom on the middle floor. I am renting out 2 of the 3 rooms and the other room will be a small living room for your use. The bathroom is also for just the 2 rooms i am renting out. There is a cleaner every week and all bills, internet and Netflix is included (provided your TV is a smart TV!) The house is a new build and in a great quiet location, with 2 nature reserves nearby. It also has easy access to the Motorways. There may also be an opportunity to move in sooner if required. Im confident that when you see the house, the set up and location that the first to see will rent!
