The window cleaner comes monthly or bimonthly to clean the exterior of the windows, except the balcony external windows/doors which you are responsible for (window cleaner not guaranteed).  The communal grounds are uneven with 2 unfenced ponds and some areas are unlit with external lighting. The landlord lives on site. 6 properties on site with some shared communal areas. The landlord has CCTV on some external areas (no CCTV looks into the properties). Mobile phone service is weak depending on your provider, but wifi calling can be used via your broadband (Vodaphone has the best coverage).
