The bedroom has recently been redecorated, and now has new curtains, new double bed and bedding. There is a cuboard and drawers in the room also

The bedroom is quite large with dimensions of approx. 3m x 4 m. I

The current tenants are very tidy so would any new tenants would be required to maintain the property to a similar level. 
The house consists of:
Large kitchen and dining area
Lounge & Conservatory
Upstairs and downstairs toilet
Shower/bath room
2 toilets (upstairs and downstairs) 
Front and back garden
3 bedrooms (2 tenanted, 1 spare)
All bills included in rent (council tax, water, electric, gas, internet)

To rent the room, I will require the following information:
• Evidence of employment (payslip)
• Evidence of sufficient funds to pay the rent (bank statement)
Rent is to paid weekly or monthly, in advance of the rental period

Short term lets (less than 6 months) considered for an increased rent (£160 / week less than 1 month, £130 / week less than 3 months, £110 / week less than 6 months)

The current tenants are Romanian.
