from Penzance. Driveway parking for 4 cars, fibre optic broadband with good wifi.

For your comfort, you have inclusive usage of all facilities including a large living room with 55" tv, blu-ray player,
utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, kitchen with dishwasher and all the 
usual small electric appliances (kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, blender, deep fat fryer etc... etc...). Dining 
room (open plan with kitchen). Your own fridge/freezer (in the garage),plus a metal shelving unit that the current 
lodger uses as a larder, you also have use of the garden with patio table and chairs, recliners and getting sunshine 
all day.
 
Upstairs there's my en-suite bedroom, a spare double bedroom, another double bedroom used as my computer room
which has a large sofa bed and theres a family bathroom with free standing roll top bath, shower cubicle, wc and
large vanity unit with sink and loads of storage. So if you want to luxuriate in a relaxing bubble bath instead of

The village is quiet with just a really nice pub which also serves good food. It's about a 10/15 minute walk to Tesco
or 15/20 minute walk to Sainsbury's (or a few minutes in the car for a 'big' shop).
Penzance is about 1 1/2 miles distant with mainline rail service with direct services to London, Bristol, Wales,
Manchester, Birmingham, Scotland and many more. There are lots of interesting shops alongside the usual and the 
typical seaside offerings. Plus, Penzance gives you transport to the Isles of Scilly by helicopter, ferry or light
aircraft. Lands End is 10 miles away, The Lizard about 25  miles away. Truro 45 minutes drive.

In all, a great place to live and my house is just a 15 minute walk to the sea offering a wonderful walk to Marazion
and St. Michael's mount.
