A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for use free of charge.
The living room has a 42" Samsung flat-screen and blu-ray player, a modern dining table and chairs.

Monkey the soft toy house mascot lives in the kitchen and is much loved by the tenants.

Most of your housemates walk or cycle into town/to work but for people with cars there is off-the-road parking for 2 cars and unrestricted on the road parking.  The house is near the A3 and the A320.

The bus stop is a couple of minutes’ walk from the house which has regular buses running every 10 – 15 minutes (3, 34, 27) to Guildford and Woking
This is a residential area with lovely quiet neighbours.
