Room in a Shared House, Broomfield, GU2

I am moving out of this student house, and looking for someone to replace myself in the outstanding contract.

The house is a lovely 3 bed on Broomfield road, it has a spacious garden with two sheds and a patio at the end of the garden. The house has an upstairs and downstairs bathroom. There is free street parking on the road, and always a space available.

There is a fully furnished kitchen, and living room with a big sofa and a big armchair. There is plenty of natural light all around the house, and the road is very quiet so no disturbances from the neighbours or traffic.

The bedroom is a double, with a bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of draws and a bedside table- there is also a wardrobe in the hallway that can be used for additional storage. This is the ground floor bedroom.

There are two bathrooms, a bath/ shower upstairs and a shower downstairs, both have toilets and sinks as well.

The house is within walking distance to the big Tesco, as well as convenience shops a two minute walk away. There is also a doctors surgery very close by, and a bus stop at the end of the road that goes directly into Guildford city centre and to the Stag Hill campus. The Manor Park campus is less than a 20 minute walk away as well.
