The Bridge offer all inclusive accommodation to 18+ students in Central Guildford, GU1.  All facilities fully renovated and new furniture provided in 23/24.

Our premium, en-suite, canal view room is available for 9 weeks between 22 June - 24 August 2024.

Would suit summer camp student , or student wishing to get into accommodation early for September '24.  This would be under a new tenancy agreement with Homes For Students.

Location: one minute walk from ACM Campus, 12 minute walk from The University of Surrey and The University of Law, 2 minute walk from Guildford Train Station and an 8 minute train ride to The Italia Conti Academy.


Cost:  We pay £216 p/wk but will accept offers of £150 p/wk (includes all bills). 
Total cost for 9 weeks:  £1350.00 (instead of £1944.00).

First floor, Premium En-Suite Room (newly refurbished in 23/24 - new mattress, newly painted).  Consists of small double bed overlooking the canal, underbed storage space, large wardrobe, large desk and chair, en-suite bathroom (shower, sink with large vanity mirror and toilet.
