The house is in a nice quiet tree lined street with good transport links in between Sudbury hill and Sudbury town tube stations with Greenford station not that far also. There is mainline stations close by with regular bus services to and from Wembley and Harrow and the local areas.

The property is very nice and the rent will include all bills and shared use of a modern large kitchen and large lawned garden area.
