Strictly no smoking indoors (there is no garden, only access stairs towards entrance).

The flat is clean and must be maintained at the same standard.

The deposit is 5 weeks' rent.

Short lets considered (3 full months minimum).

The contract will have to be a lodger one due myself having to keep residence there however you will not feel any hassle.
