We currently have 1 double bedroom to rent in this beautifully refurbished HMO property. The property has 5 double bedrooms in total, 4 of which are occupied by existing tenants. There is a shared kitchen/ dining area which is fully equipped with everything you need. The property is fully furnished with a patio to the rear (with seating and bike storage) and parking out the front. Internet access is provided and all household bills are paid for by the landlord. The bedroom available has a double bed, clothes storage and it's own sink. They also have a shared shower room with toilet and sink. This room is £90 a week. Deposit is 3 weeks rent upfront. Please only apply if you are over 21 and have proof of income. Our current tenants are all working full time and enjoy a peaceful, clean place to relax after work.
