Room in a Shared House, Sorrel Street, GL2

Thanks for taking time to have a look at the room I’ve got available.

I have a furnished double bedroom available in my two-bed house on the new Twigworth Green estate

Current housemate is due to move out at the end of May so room is available from June 2024

Photos hopefully show the house in all its glory and photos now added of the room itself (current housemate is still occupying the room when the photos were taken)

About me - I’m a manager at Aldi and have lived in Glos/Chelt my whole life. Bought the house as my first home just before Xmas last year and have lived in house shares for years before that, so very used to the housemate situation (and have ex-housemates who are now friends who will attest that I’m alright to live with 😂)

Looking for someone to come and live here and be part of the little household. Enjoy being sociable but also work random hours with work shifts so you could have a lot of time to yourself too. Dinners and TV together have become commonplace so really want to live with someone I get on with

Rent includes everything below:

- Furnished room (Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, reading chair/chairdrobe, storage)
- All utility bills inc. Council Tax
- High-speed Broadband
- Full Sky TV with Sky Sports
- Netflix, Amazon Prime
- Fortnightly clean (bathroom/kitchen)
