The house is a three bedroom Victorian home with a lot of character, and so in essence, you'll be sharing an entire house with just one other person!

Not only do you get a perfectly sized Double Room, but also access to the following:

An upstairs bathroom
A downstairs WC
A huge sized Living Room
A huge Kitchen (with gas cooker, oven and air fryer)
A nice sized garden
Off-Road Parking (if you drive)
And a garage for storage if you need it.

As for me, I'm a 34 year old professional, and travel a lot for work during the week. I am from Gloucester originally, but have lived in London for 12 years, so used to living with others. I love to travel. There will naturally be times where you have the entire house for yourself when I'm traveling or away for work.

I am clean, tidy and respectful and would expect my new housemate to be the same.

My existing housemate is moving closer to his work location in Berkley and so the room will be available from 28 Nov.

There are lots of shops nearby, food places (including an awesome peri chicken and pizza place literally on the corner) and a post office too, as well as local shops. The Quays Docks / Town is a 20 min walk away, and in the other direction, the Range, Lidl and Farm Foods.

I am looking for someone that I will get on with and that I can trust, and someone that will respect the home and look after it as though it is there own.
