I'm looking for someone to take over my room at iQ Elgin Place, which is very close to GSA. The surrounding infrastructure is very good.

I'm thinking of transferring it around 15th April- 20th May!
I've also reserved it for the years 24-25, so you won't need to move until next year.

My room is a [Silver Studio Plus] with a private kitchen and bathroom. It's located on a high floor and has floor-to-ceiling windows, so the view is really great. Also, there is a double bed and TV. I'll leave the mattress topper that I personally installed on the bed if you want. It's been used for less than a year!

If you live here, all you need to bring is yourself and your belongings. And you won't have to worry about any management fees either! It's safe, and the staff are very friendly. Inside the building, there are lounges, study spaces, a game room, a cinema, and a gym.
