There are two double bedrooms to choose from and both have generous proportions with large windows and double/king size beds, wardrobes, desks and bedside tables.
I’m looking for sensible tenants who will look after the place and be considerate to the neighbours who I have a good relationship with.
The area has good transport links; it's only a few mins from Cessnock subway and the motorway is two mins away. Parking is always available nearby and is free. Excellent bike links to West End or City Centre (10-15mins).
Flat is furnished with all the basics at the moment including double/king-size beds but I am flexible if it is required part-furnished.
Council tax and energy bills are relatively low, approximately £160-200 per month.
There is one tenant living there at the moment but she is possibly leaving in September. She is keen to stay until next summer if she is accepted onto a masters degree course she has applied for (she will find out mid-August). She is mid-twenties and from Bratislava, Slovakia.
Price is based on one tenant but may consider a couple and rent could be negotiated.
The flat does not have an HMO license so it cannot be rented by more than two households. For example, three friends sharing together would be viewed as three households. If a couple are sharing with a third person or another couple, this would be considered to be two households. A family renting a property are one household.
