The ground floor has a dining area with two comfy sofas and dining table and chairs which is ideal for having your meal while chilling in front of the TV.

There are 2 large fridge/freezer shared between all housemates.

There is 2 communal showers and WCs shared between 4 housemates so there is barely any queuing needed for facilities.

A cleaner attends fortnightly to ensure that the communal area of the house is kept in order.
