Beautiful house designed specifically for co-living professionals. The house has 7 good size fully furnished double bedrooms each with their own ensuite. There are currently 6 female tenants occupying the house so we are looking for a female tenant. The house has a large shared kitchen with each tenant having their own designated cupboard space as well as 2 hobs, 2 ovens, 2 sinks and 2 fridge freezers so no waiting around to use appliances and making it a great space to socialise in, The house also benefits from a large maintenance free garden and a communal downstairs toilet.
Each rooms comes with a Bed with underbed storage, Wardrobe space, bedside table, desk with a chair and a 32" smart TV. Each bedroom is on its own heating control allowing each tenant to heat their room to the desired temperature without heating up the rest of the house. There are also 2 washing machine and 2 tumble dryers for convenience.
There will be a cleaner once a week to clean the communal areas.
The room is  £750pcm this includes all bills and WiFi.
