Only 5-7 mins walk to Newcastle Rail Station and Gateshead Metro. A plenty of trendy cafes , bars, restaurant, gyms, and a huge Tesco Supermarket are within a walking distance. The riverside walk right by the flat is perfect for a stroll or jogging. The Millenium Bridge and the Sage Concert hall is also just a stone throw's away.

Yet the flat is very quiet and cozy. The clean, bright and spacious living room has incredible views over the River Tyne and Newcastle. A clean and quiet couple or a short term (minimum 3 months) would be welcome with the rent adjusted.

The flat is absolutely beautiful and viewing is recommended to appreciate what it offers. It is much nicer than these photos.
An obsessive and compulsive cleaner would be preferred.
