You have North End Road with its food market right on your doorstep, and a wide range of grocery shopping options: 3 minute walk to a large Waitrose and Holland and Barrett, 5 minutes to Wholefoods by Fulham Broadway, Sainsbury's in Fulham Broadway station, as well as a Coop and Iceland on North End Road.

There are lots of lovely local restaurants and pubs within walking distance and also in Parsons Green (15 minute walk). Eelbrook Common is a great spot in the summer, but the Thames and Bishops Park are also only a 15-20minute stroll down the road.

Fulham Broadway has a Vue Cinema, a Pure Gym, a F45 Training Centre and Dance Attic with various classes all just around the corner.


PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Epirus Road is incredibly well connected whilst being a quiet side street to North End Road:

• West Brompton (tube and overground) ca 12 minute walk
• West Kensington (District Line) ca 12 minute walk
  
• Bus 391 (towards Richmond via West Kensington station and Hammersmith or direction Sands End) stops right around the corner (less than 1 minute walk)

• other buses from Fulham Broadway: 14, 414, 211, 295, 391, 28 and many more with connections to Notting Hill, Hammersmith, Richmond, Chelsea, Kensington, Putney, Wandsworth, Clapham Junction etc.
