We have two double rooms (for single occupancy) available in our unique family home, located in the corner of a quiet residential cul de sac near Fleet town centre.

Bedroom 1 (£595 per calendar month) is on the first floor with a view over the back garden. This is a lovely calm room with a single bed, wardrobe, shelving, two seater sofa, coffee table, and plenty of space.

Bedroom 2  (£545 per calendar month) is on the first floor and is a peaceful room with view to the side garden. There is a single bed, sink, wardrobe and pine sidetable in the room and space to relax.

The Basingstoke canal is at the end of the road, which is ideal for walking/jogging. Fleet pond is 30 mins away by foot, again ideal for walking, running, picnics and bird watching. The Sports/Leisure Centre is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk away, though there is a gym at the end of the road and another in town.

Fleet town centre is a 5 minute walk; the railway station is a 30 minute walk, with direct links to London (45 mins).

We share the bathroom and separate shower room. The lounge is for our family use only, but the large kitchen/breakfastroom is where everyone congregates to chat.

This has been our family home for over 35 years and we have enjoyed sharing it with other people during this time. The garden, patio and barbeque area are available for everyone to use. Parking is available on the drive for up to 5 cars.

The rooms are ideal for a professional female who is looking for a comfortable, quiet home.
