Room in a Shared House, Petwyn Close, BH22

We’re a family of 4. Myself and my partner both work full time: I’m a teacher and he’s a tennis coach. Our boys are 13 and 8 and very well behaved. We have a large double bedroom down stairs to let in our house. It’s currently unfurnished however am open to providing some furniture if required. There is enough room for bedroom furniture plus small sofa and tv if desired to create a separate living space. There is a private downstairs toilet to go alongside the room and a shared shower. We are currently having an ensuit installed so the bathroom would become your own private bathroom in the near future. We also have living room, dining area and open plan kitchen available in the house. We have off-road parking, some space in our garage for a bike etc and a large back garden. We live in ferndown right next to a large heathland. We are looking for either a professional single person or couple (£800 per month for couple) either male or female.
