THE HOUSE:
The house has a large kitchen diner and a separate lounge overlooking the garden. The room is a spacious double, newly furnished. There is off-street parking to the front for three cars and there are no parking restrictions on the road outside. There is also a large well maintained rear garden great for summer BBQs - table tennis table provided too.
All bills are included - council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV License, Sky Sports and Sky Movies and 200 MBps wireless broadband with unlimited downloads. Also included is a weekly cleaner for the communal areas to keep the place spick and span and a gardener as required. The property is well maintained and is furnished throughout in a contemporary style.
