With a bus stop just outside the backdoor, access to Warrington Town centre, Birchwood shopping centre, and Birchwood railway station is easy.

Located in a prime location, this property is just a 12 minute bike ride away from Birchwood Science Park, and only 9 minutes from the many employers on Woolston Grange. And students…its only a 4 minute bike ride away from the Students Union on Padgate's University of Chester Campus…though if you’d prefer to walk, that's fine as well as its' still only 12 minutes on foot!

Whether you are studying, working or gaming, all our rooms here have a desk and chair as well as the usual furnishings you'd expect.
