The house is in a quiet residential area with families nearby. There are lovely heathland walks on Caesar's Camp and Farnham Park is very near, and local shops within walking distance, with a wider variety of retail and hospitality venues in Farnham. 

Virgin superfast broadband and the water bill are included in the rent. You will need to arrange your own gas and electricity contract via Split The Bills or Fused (or a similar service). 

The nearby bus stop offers frequent services into Farnham (10-15 minutes). Farnham mainline station has half hourly trains to London Waterloo.

The house is available from Saturday 3 August 2024 under a standard assured shorthold tenancy contract.
