Large summer house with comfortable settees, enclosed patio overlooking the garden  (We have three small letting units within our grounds, all currently rented to long term tenants.) Walking distance to local village shop, post office and pub/restaurant.  Squires garden centre is ten minutes walk along a country lane and has a restaurant/coffee shop, traditional butchers and fruit and vegetable shop.   The Village cricket green and children's play area five minutes walk

The Georgian town of Farnham with many restaurants and shops within fifteen minutes drive.  Main line train station to Waterloo, London - ten minutes drive. Commute about 50 minutes on train.

Frensham is designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty with many lovely walks nearby.  Very close to Frensham Little Pond & the well known Frensham Big Pond.  The city of Guildford with historic castle, cathedral, shops and many restaurants is just 30 minutes drive.
