The Property

Spacious room is available to rent from the end of March 2024. Double mirrored wardrobe, nightstand, and double bed included. You will have almost exclusive use of the main, modern bathroom as the other 3 residents have en-suite.

The windows are double-glazed and offer a view of the front of the house. The Room is light and airy, catching the sun from afternoon onwards.

We are a small, quiet household of mother, adult daughter and 1 other female tenant who love cats! Friendly, sociable, and fairly easy-going, we’re looking for a like-minded lady who doesn’t mind our cats. Wifi and all bills are included, and you can have your own TV in the room. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine.
