Room in a Shared House, Princes Street East, EX2

Built in 1850, this is a lovely semi detached property in the St Thomas residential area. One spacious double room is available with use of breakfast room and kitchen and own bathroom/ shower.  The house has central heating (gas) with a recent new boiler installed.

Most rooms have been recently decorated.  The house is located just off Alphington Road and is double glazed to improve heat retention.  A small shop is next door opening from 8am to 10 pm. Bus stop is 1 mins walk and there is postbox just outside. Supermarket is 4 mins walk (Aldi) 5 mins walk (Co-op) or 10 mins walk (Sainsbury's) .  Dr surgery is about 25 mins walk and there is a dentist 15 mins away in Cowick Street.  

It takes about 10 mins to travel to Exeter centre by bus or 20 mins walk up Fore street.  Train station at St Thomas is about 10 minutes walk away.  

I am preparing the room at the moment so it will take until mid April to finalise decorations and furniture etc.

I prefer vegetarians as the fridge and freezer is shared. Musicians/ performers and artists are welcome. Responsible people please who have a keen sense of community.
