Everyone living here is working full time or are mature or overseas student. It is a quiet clean and well-managed home. There is limited parking on the nearby roads and it is on the main bus routes and not far from Pinhoe Rail Station. The centre of town is 15 mins walk, RD&E Hospital 15 mins walk, St Lukes campus 10 mins and Exeter University 15 mins walk. There is a secure bicycle storage area.

We take up extensive references, including searches for CCJs, fraud, criminal records, debt and any previous ASBs or other antisocial behaviour reports. We will conduct the right-to-rent checks as required by the UK government. This usually takes up to 6 working days to complete.

A deposit of £660 is required.
