Kitchen contains a washing machine, television and a large freezer/fridge, with a small garden. Parking is available for two cars per household with a parking permit for this road and nearby roads.
Both flatmates are current students at the university and are looking for a clean and quiet individual.
Available immediately, if not the contract will begin the 1st September until the 31st July.
