Lovely room in quiet house. Dog lover required to house share with owner/occupier in a nice house within a quiet location with far reaching views over Exeter and Topsham.
Furnished room with double bed, 3 chest of draw units, double wardrobe with hanging rails and shelves and an additional small cupboard with shelves. Bed with headboard (not shown in photo).
Use of the house which includes the main bathroom, downstairs W/C, lounge, kitchen/diner and garden. Use of oven/hob and kitchen appliances including washing machine, washing line and tumble dryer.   All utility bills included within the lodging agreement, including internet.
The agreement is subject to re-evaluation half-yearly.  The ideal lodger will be a professional person wanting a minimum of a 6 month lodging agreement though the potential for long-term is available.
The current owner/occupier has a small dog (patterdale terrier) that resides at the property, she takes a little time to adjust to new people.
The house benefits from recently fitted new double glazed windows throughout and new carpets and vinyl flooring.
