Mount Pleasant Road was in a great location around 20 minutes walk from the main campus and 15 minutes from city centre. Our house was equipped with everything we needed and felt very homely. The landlord Charlie was extremely helpful, and came by the house every few months to do maintenance jobs for us. I have had a really good experience living at Mount Pleasant Road, in a suitable location that is only 20 minutes from campus and 10 from town. Location in general is good for the city centre and for getting to uni but is a slightly long walk to campus, it is closer to St Luke’s. The property is very nice with big rooms and a good amount of living space. The landlord is as good as you could hope for. He responds quickly and sorts everything out and is also very nice including paying us to show the new tenants around. JR 2023
