Lived here for 3 years- brilliant location, 5 mins from town and 15/20 mins from uni with the Morrisons corner shop only a minute away and unit 1 super close. Also 3 mins from St James Park station which is cheaper than a taxi to St David’s! The house has been great value for money and Charlie has been super fast and reliable at sorting any issues we had. I really enjoyed living at Oxford Road.I thought that the house was so beautifully done up and I felt right at home instantly. I found Charlie to be a very receptive and helpful landlord. The location was extremely close to university so all in all it was a perfect house. AM 2022

Oxford road is a great central location for a student. About a 15/20 minute walk to streatham and a bit longer for st Luke’s. The property itself is great and was very reasonably priced. Charlie is a brilliant and attentive landlord, far better than any other I have experienced during my time at Exeter and has a lot of respect for student tenants. Any faults were dealt within good time, and always available if you need to contact him. CC2022
