"Charlie’s house is in prime location for getting to university and town. It’s on a road that’s a nice blend between students and locals so it’s never too loud but never too quiet. Ive enjoyed living in the property for such a good price in comparison to some other rent rates in Exeter. The bedrooms are all a lovely size and comfortable enough for all your things. Although the living room and kitchen are smaller than other properties, we made it work. "I don’t think I could fault Charlie as a landlord if I tried. He’s constantly been attentive, generous, helpful and pragmatic through our entire tenancy. A lot of students worry about difficult landlords or reporting problems. But we have never had such issues. Any problems, Charlie has been quick to fix and has always seemed to really care that we are comfortable and at ease in our house. 10/10 and if I could give higher I would. The house itself is good, especially for the price which is much lower than the student average. "The location on Monkswell was perfect as it wasn’t in the centre of students but a nice walk away from the university. The property was very nice and cosy and we managed to keep it clean so the kitchen didn’t get too messy and hard to cook in. Charlie was such a wonderful landlord and responded to any of our requests and questions very quickly. He also came in and did repairs when needed which was very helpful and kind.
