Fantastic house close to Uni and town.The house and bedrooms are so well equipped with good quality andstylish furniture. The landlord Charlie is fantastic! He is so easyto get hold of and so responsive, he will fix any problems or replaceanything faulty immediately. Charlie also provided a gardener whocame regularly in the summer months which was a fantastic bonus.Charlie was so considerate throughout the pandemic with personalfinancial situations of all his tenants which really shows what agreat landlord he is. The location of the property is verycentral and within a 20 minute walk of Streatham campus. The housewas very presentable, with spacious rooms. It would be ideal to havehad a bigger kitchen as it was sometimes a squeeze. If anything wentwrong the landlord Charlie was very responsive and organised repairin a reasonable period of time. Overall I have enjoyed my time at Blackboy Rd. JH 2022
Charlie is a great landlord! The houseis lovely and very homely, as well as having a decent sized garden.Whenever there’s been a problem (I.e. oven breaking!) Charlie sortsit straight away with no hassle. Couldn’t recommend him enough! SM2022

The property is well kept and in aperfect location for both university and the high street which isincredibly useful. I found it very easy to get to and fromuniversity. The landlord always helps out with anything that goeswrong in the house as quickly as possible. Recently this has includedfixing an accidental breakage for free and giving a discount on rentafter the freezer broke. He is easy to communicate with and veryfriendly. I have absolutely loved living atBlackboy Road, because of the location (a nice distance from town andcampus), the landlord (very helpful and responsive), and the houseitself (very well kept, spacious, and cosy).
