The second-floor flat is close to the beach and all amenities, but is set back in large communal gardens so is very quiet and peaceful too. It also has amazing views across the Exe estuary towards Exmouth and the Jurassic Coast.
A bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and lots of cafes, pubs and takeaways are within easy walking distance.
The railway station is also close by, and if you work in Exeter, it's a much easier commute than you might think - only 13 minutes to Exeter St. Thomas, and with a Devon & Cornwall Railcard a return ticket costs less than you'd pay for two hours' parking in the city. For the more athletically inclined, the Exe Estuary Cycle Trail is just moments away.
We have been renting the flat to holidaymakers for the last few years but we're not getting any younger, the changeovers between guests are getting harder, and we've decided we'd rather have a smaller but year-round income. We are ideally looking for a long-term tenant and would be happy to give a 12-month contract if required.
The flat is immaculately presented throughout, and is fully furnished (although we may be able to store some items if you have your own).

The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, and a large chest of drawers. The furniture is high-quality solid oak.
There is a separate dressing room/study with built-in wardrobes and a dressing-table/desk and chair.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a bath with a really good, powerful shower over, a basin with storage drawers, and a WC. The bathroom cabinet has colour-changing LED mood lighting :), a bluetooth speaker, and a shaver/electric toothbrush point.
Outside there are beautiful and extensive communal gardens, and your own allocated parking space.
We live in another flat in the same complex so are on hand to help with any problems, but wouldn't bother you otherwise. We're accredited with the South West Landlords Association, and take our responsibilities seriously - we want to provide a safe, comfortable home for an honest, reliable tenant.
