We are ideally looking for a professional or couple who want a quiet space to relax in and need a furnished property for 1-3 months while we wait for a family member to move in. We own the whole property of 5 flats and all tenants are lovely, quiet people.
The flat has its own private parking space below, is double glazed, has gas central heating and Council Tax Band A. We would pay for all bills (council tax, water,  internet, tv licence) apart from gas and electricity. It comprises a small entrance porch area, large kitchen diner, bathroom containing a bath and overhead shower, a good size double bedroom and a large lounge. 
The property is accessed by a metal staircase in the private carpark to a spacious tiled outdoor seating area with distant views of the cathedral. There is also garage storage space available for bikes. 
Unfortunately dogs not permitted to respect other residents who work from home.
