Room in a Shared House, Well Way, KT18

Large double room for single occupancy for rent in a lovely family home.  Large ground floor room measures 11ft by 13ft with own bathroom (not en suite) which is upstairs.  You will have use of the drive and garden.   And use of good size kitchen, utility room and front room.  The room is furnished and includes a drop leaf table and two chairs (replacement for the desk although we can discuss a replacement), together with a double bed.  I will accept Females ONLY please as we are an all female household consisting of a mum (me) and my two daughters (teenagers) who all have busy lives.  You must be an animal lover. as we keep rabbits (who live outside) and a guinea pig (inside) and a bearded dragon and we have interests such as camping, festivals, yoga, anime, travel, science, cooking, pets and film etc.  Epsom Common is on our doorstep (please see the location on the map) and Epsom Train Station is 20/30 minute walk through the common with direct links into London.  The Wells Estate is a quiet family friendly estate with a local shop and we have local busses onto the estate to Epsom and Ashted. 
(The bed in the photo has been replaced with similar including a fairly new mattress (double))
