Room in a Shared House, Church Road, KT17

Hi there, my property is an Epsom (Surrey) based 2.5 bedroom house (x2 doubles and a small single).  There's one bathroom which would be shared, plus a downstairs toilet, a good size kitchen, sitting room and conservatory.  It is situated within walking distance to the station, the shops and a couple of (quiet) pubs.  I'm looking for a female tenant to rent a double bedroom from Monday to Friday.  This is my private home that I live in with my two dogs and weekends are important to me

I am a newly turned 50 year old woman who's young at heart.  I'm sociable but only really go out at weekends.  I think I'm fun and easy going and appreciate decency and kindness.  I'm an animal lover and have two small dogs which are my children ;o)  

I'm not a clean freak but like things to be in their place.

My tenant will need to be a female animal / dog lover.
