15 minute walk to Tolworth Station with a journey time of about half an hour to London Waterloo,  In fare zone 6 of London Transport. 

The property has its own on /off driveway plus parking for  a further 3 cars

The property is fully furnished.

The rent may vary from the published price dependant on length and dates of occuppency.
