On the ground floor there is a open plan kitchen and dining room with large patio doors opening out on to a south facing garden and seating area.

The first floor comprises the lounge and a twin bedded room with a Jack & Jill bathroom.

The second floor comprises the Master Bedroom with ensuite . The Master bedroom has a double bed plus a pull out sofa chair for the 7th guest if required. On this floor there is also the twin bedroom.

Quality bed linen and towels are provided.

Convenience stores a 2 minute walk away with extended opening hours

High chair and cot available if requested

3 minute walk to Ewell West Station with a journey time of about half an hour to London Waterloo, 23 minutes to Clapham Junction. In fare zone 6 of London Transport. Easy walking to Ewell village.

The property has its own garage and parking space.

The property is fully furnished.

Please note that in addition to the rent you will be responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Energy & Wifi. For simplicity these can be paid on your behalf & re-imburse me.
