The house is about 12 minutes from Royal Holloway College in Englefield Green, Egham and is on a quiet residential street with plenty of parking.

Note: This advert only allows landlords to input the rental period in full months. Whilst the advert says 12 months the actual tenancy is for 50 weeks not 52. Despite the property being empty for 2 weeks a year, for ease the total cost of the term will be paid in 12 equal monthly instalments. The rent (£2500) is for one monthly instalment (the cost for 5 people).
