We have one double room up for rent. ( lady live in landlord along with one other lady tenant so ladies preferred please )

Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom is getting fully refurbished start of April.

- no garden access however 5 minute walk from Forty Hill park

The house will be redesigned so you will pretty much have your own shower/kitchen room separate from the landlord hence move in end of April.

 - Dedicated driveway Parking.
 - Use of communal Washing and Drier (shared with one person)
 - Shared Fridge (shared with one person)
 - Safe area to live in and very peaceful.
 - Bed can be provided if required.
 - 15 minute walk from Enfield Town or Gordon Hill Station.
 Move in from End of April / Mid May depending on when the shower room etc has been refurbished.
 ALL utility bills and council tax are included
 The current tenants are all between age of 21-35 and are teachers.
 Note that this is a single-occupancy only room.
 No Couples.
 No pets.
 No overnight guests.
 We are looking for a quiet person who likes her own space and is responsible, considerate and trustworthy.
