After 2 years in this gorgeous house, our lovely flatmate is moving out to live with her partner, and so we are looking for someone new to move in by the

9 September 2021

(possibility to move in a bit earlier).

The room is on the top floor of a semi-detached house, with a lovely big windows It has a double-bed, shelves, and space for a desk if you're WFH.

We have a communal living-room, kitchen with dining-table, a sun room, bike storage AND a garden!

 shower/bath and toilet space.

Price is £620 including bills/wifi

We are 8 mins from ponder end  Overground Station (around 30 mins to Central London  Edmonton green,Bush hill park, southbury, Enfield town are all nearby.

You'd be living with 3 friendly individuals all aged 23-50 all working in across creative industries, languages and sales, plus a couple undertaking masters degrees in their spare time.

A bit about you:

Positive, friendly and respectful/clean fellow professionals who are down for a laugh and a drink but not necessarily in each other’s pockets all day.

We all love living here and have really made it our home :) hope someone else can do the same...

Please note we can’t accept couples families children DSS housing benefit.
