A double room in a quiet flat at the chic Bruntsfield neighbourhood next to the meadows, served by bus 10,11,16,23,27,34,35,36,45. If you have a car, parking permit is available to apply with the council for a fee to park at the zone.

This is a cozy furnished double room in a two-bedroom flat, exclusively for professional women. For single occupant with £220 a week, plus bills (council tax, gas & electricity, consumables). The room has a double bed, lots of wardrobe and shelves space, a small sofa, a desk and chair if needed. All linens duvet provided. Just move in with a suitcase.

The location is very cosy and relaxing and situated near parks, cafes, and all sorts of local gems, it's perfect for any woman craving a little calm.

You'll have access to a large well equipped living kitchen with a dishwasher, bean to cup coffee machine, steamer oven, gas stove juicer, air fryer etc. I am also happy to share my cooking with extra contribution. There is a private garden to the front and a shared garden to the back, both bathed in sunshine as the flat faces south.
