The property will be shared with me as  I'm the second  tenant (not landlord) living In the second room and will share communal areas such as living room and dining kitchen, a private bathroom is available as the second one is located in the other room for my privacy.  Bedroom , with wardrobe and bed included  (no couples allowed).

The kitchen/diner benefits from storage and cupboard space, fridge/freezer, washing machine.

Outside the flat, close to the windows there is a parking spot for you only  as I don't use a car.

Application Process

References will be required and sent to property manager (after a viewing is arranged with me as I'll choose someone I feel comfortable living with) along with a security deposit equivalent to half month’s rent(500 pounds, as the total rent is 1000).

About me

As the tenant living here already I need quiet nights: no loud/party people ( apart from occasional dinner party I can enjoy). 

I'm a 34 years old man originally from Italy, I've been living in Edinburgh for 8 years and I'm a support worker who works in dynamic shifts so I might be off one weekend and working the next one.

I tend to cook often so maybe we can share recipes as I'm a foodie person.

I'm Happy to share my TV and Netflix account, I will spend most of my free time, watching films, playing PlayStation 5 and going for hikes and camping once a month, enjoying the great Scottish outdoors.
