The room especially suits people who don't drive and rely on public transport because it is so well-linked to different parts of the city and so many things are available within walking distance. Rent includes Council Tax, Internet, TV license, and all bills.

Looking for someone who....

- is clean and quiet

- would not smoke in the flat and building

- is happy with sharing the flat with a female Masters student who has a friendly, well-behaved dog

Documents required:

Proof of identity

- photo ID (e. g. passport, driving licence)

- letter of matriculation for students 

Financial circumstances

- bank statement of last 6 months (to prove you have been paying rent on time in the past and have a stable income)

- a UK guarantor for those who are not currently employed

- For students who don’t have a UK guarantor or are not currently employed, six months rent upfront will be required 

Having references would be ideal but not essential.

Price:

£250 per week (please note the price listed on the website is wrong)
